Key Holding Service
Shadow Surveillance enhances our alarm and CCTV camera services with an additional SIA Licensed key holding and alarm response service in Brighton, Hove and the surrounding Sussex area. This provides complete protection for your property, notifying you when a your detectors are activated. If an alarm is activated we will attend your property as priority (as per ACPO guidelines within 20 minutes), giving you peace of mind and assurance. We will hold a set of your keys in our key safe. Then, if an alarm is activated or there is any other problem we will attend your property if you are not available (or if you require our assistance). We can deal with routine matters as well as emergency problems. For example, we can unlock or lock your property to provide access by staff or workers if you are not able to do this. SIA Licensed Key holding services start from £250 + VAT a year.
